Afterall, who wanna have a dog that is of medium or big size, already few years of age (perhaps with
some sicknesses but manageable) and not lovable, not fun, not friendly right?
ABSOLUTELY WRONG !!!
- If you think like most people do or
- simply looking for a dog just to guard your fence or
- because your children "loves" animal (perhaps is only short span), and pester you for one which
you'll rather go without honestly but ...... who wants to
disappoint the children anyway. Just buy
one and see how later. You are already on the wrong track. Keeping a pet may not be your call, as there are numerous
abandon cases in this society.
My appeal to all readers and owners to be,
"Please do not lock your dog to a confine space all day while you are out, it is ANIMAL CRUELTY!!"
Afraid that your dog will soil your house in your absence? Train it properly with patience. If you
don't know how to? There are always pet trainers out there to render their services on "obedience
and training courses". Whether you have paid for the dog or through cheap or free adoption, training
is part of the process.
Dogs are like humans - when we are infant or baby, we ought to be taught and as we grew up, we
are what we have been taught and brought up. Don’t take it for granted that everything will be
ok after a while without training. In fact, what can go wrong will definitely goes wrong sooner
than you have expected.
These days we could easily own a dog or cat through adoption or purchase. However, maintaining
them still comes with a pricetag. There are already numerous strays in the world today, not to mention
many have to be euthanized before their time.
OK, so you have decided to sign on the dotted line for that cute little furrie ball, here's a final checklist
for your heart.
